Shipping
All products (unless otherwise specified in the product description) are made to order.
The fulfilment time for non-apparel products is 2 to 7 business days while it takes 2 to 5 business days to create non-apparel products. After the fulfilment time, it takes an average shipping time of 4 business days*, depending on the order’s destination. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Different products are fulfilled are different fulfilment centres. Where possible, the one closest to you is chosen to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
*Due to delays caused by COVID-19, some delays are being experienced with the delivery companies. Please understand that this is out of our control.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the tracking shows that your order has been delivered, your order will not be replaced or refunded. You will need to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a claim for lost/stolen mail.
Changes/Cancellations
As the clothing is made to order, please check the sizing chart relevant to the item carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure about the size, need to change the delivery address or feel you have to cancel your order, contact us at info@blogimal.net as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once an order goes into production or has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Returns
If you need to return your item, please contact us at info@blogimal.net first with your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns are permitted within 14 days of receiving your order and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code are final and not eligible for returns.
